Reiki Practitioner
Training 

The first degree is the foundational of all three degrees. You are attuned to heal close friends, family members, animals, plants and yourself. The first degree often catapults many practitioners into the next stage of their spiritual awakening. You are attuned with the first Reiki Symbol for physical healing (earth element). In order to bring this energy into your life, you must train to be a channel which means to focus. To focus, one must know to quiet the mind. To quiet the mind you must listen to the thoughts and feel the emotions attached to them so you can understand how to address them. This is what self-discovery is all about. Level I focuses on practices to focus, what is Reiki, and how to conduct Reiki for yourself on a daily basis. Level I includes a 21-day cleanse to fully activate the energy within you after the initiation of the Level I activation. The foundations must be thoroughly mastered before considering the next level. 

The second degree requires further training and attunement. At this level you will be attuned to two more symbols for distant healing and emotional/mental healing (water and air elements). The second degree attunement allows you to perform Reiki professionally. Level one is for

self-healing and mastering level two is to focus on sharing with others. 

The third degree is the level of Reiki Master or teacher of Reiki. You are attuned to the full Reiki Ray and if you feel guided, you may begin your journey as a Reiki Teacher. You will be attuned to two more Reiki Symbols and attain the knowledge of other powerful healing symbols to assist you during any healing sessions. A 21 day cleaning begins once again.
